I highly recommend this. I can say I wear it 12 hours a day it’s comfortable sometimes I forget that I even have it on. I am able to bend down and it still stays in place. There’s no smell wearing it two weeks straight and now I have to size down. It’s a really good quality. And very much affordable . I started off with a size medium. It was definitely snug, but after wearing it, I started slimming down. I will be ordering a size small.

At first it looks super long but this will hold you together. Great quality and compression.

I wear this all day. It helps with my posture, and keeping my belly tucked in!

I sized up to a large bc I hate the feeling suffocated and it was the best choice fit snug and comfortable to wear long term.

I have been wearing this belt about a month now and I can already see results!
