The tea has curved my appetite, especially my craving for sweets. It does make you use the bathroom a bit until your system gets used to it. So I don’t recommend eating heavy while you’re out. I’m only a week in and 4lbs down….. eating light and waking. The tea taste great.

Both teas are tasty, particularly the daytime one. The daytime one has caffeine. Not sure how much, but enough to notice. The schedule is every day for the daytime one and every other night for the nighttime one, so the 28 day supply is a total of 42 tea bags.
My advice would be to increase your water intake on days you're drinking this tea. It'll work better and you'll be more comfortable, especially for the effects of the nighttime tea. So far, so good. No cramping or running to the bathroom.

These teas taste good. I THINK I slept a bit better after drinking the nighttime tea. The daytime tea did make my day go better. It is too soon to make a complete report on the effects of the tea. It may not be enough tea in one box to tell for sure. But so far everything is good.

I like the day tea especially, but night tea is not bad either. I like them for their taste, and if you look at the list of ingredients, the day tea is a very nice herbal combo while night tea is more of medicinal laxative kind, but you are not running to the bathroom. By halfway I was less bloated and have lost about 4lbs. Definitely will do this detox again.
